本設備是對鑄造車間所有鋁、鎂合金鑄件和相關(guān)的機加件進行浸滲的浸滲生產(chǎn)線，工件浸滲采用有機浸滲劑，以真空或局部加壓的方法進行浸滲，經(jīng)熱水固化，提高零件的氣密性。This EQUIPMENT IS a leaching production line for the leaching of all aluminum and magnesium alloy castings and related machine add-ons in the casting workshop. The workpiece is impregnated with organic leaching agent by vacuum or local pressure, and cured by hot water to improve the air tightness of the parts.

6.1.1.1工藝特點說明 Description of process characteristics

在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程中，需要浸滲的產(chǎn)品必須保持干凈和干燥。因為沾有灰塵、油脂、切削液等污染物的產(chǎn)品如果不經(jīng)過處理直接浸滲，不但會影響浸滲合格率等重要指標，而且會污染浸滲液導致性能下降甚至報廢等嚴重后果。特別是沒有匹配專業(yè)清洗設備或產(chǎn)品被嚴重污染的工廠，該工位就顯得尤為重要，該工位在清洗水中加入選配的清洗劑，配合翻轉(zhuǎn)機構(gòu)和超聲波作用，可使產(chǎn)品得到較好的清洗。

該工位主要是對產(chǎn)品上殘留的清洗劑進行漂洗，同時漂洗水溫調(diào)整至60～70℃，不僅漂洗效果更好，而且可以將產(chǎn)品預熱，為后續(xù)真空干燥提供必要條件。漂洗后的熱水自動回到儲水箱中（儲水箱有自動加熱及保溫功能），工件筐會在翻轉(zhuǎn)機構(gòu)的帶動下繼續(xù)翻轉(zhuǎn)，將產(chǎn)品盲孔內(nèi)的水倒出，為下一道干燥工序減輕負擔，縮短后續(xù)干燥時間，提高干燥效果。

6.1.3真空干燥 Vacuum drying

6.1.3.1真空干燥工藝特點 Characteristics of vacuum drying process

真空干燥是利用水的沸點隨壓力下降而降低的原理工作的。將帶溫產(chǎn)品放入干燥罐內(nèi)，通過真空泵降低罐內(nèi)壓力，使得產(chǎn)品表面、盲孔、缺陷內(nèi)的水輕松達到沸點而汽化，汽化后的水蒸氣被真空泵吸出排到罐外，進而達到干燥產(chǎn)品的目的。真空干燥不但效果好，而且能耗低，相比傳統(tǒng)的加熱烘干方式既節(jié)約了能源，又縮短了生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍。Vacuum drying works on the principle that the boiling point of water decreases with pressure. 大量的實驗實踐證明：雖然在壓力條件滿足的前提下，水也能在常溫甚至更低的溫度下汽化，但在蒸發(fā)過程中需要吸熱，缺陷內(nèi)的水蒸氣在工件表面由于溫度過低容易在瞬間形成“冰點”現(xiàn)象，這就是為什么要在漂洗工位中將產(chǎn)品溫度提高到60℃以上的主要原因；同時，由于產(chǎn)品溫度提升，對于水達到沸點以外的第二個“壓降”要求就不再那么苛刻了，這樣不但生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍加快，而且產(chǎn)品干燥效果更好，也降低了在固定時間內(nèi)常溫干燥不徹底的風險。Experiments proved: although under the premise of meet the condition of pressure, water can vaporization under room temperature or lower temperature, but need to heat in the process of evaporation, due to the defects of water vapor in the workpiece surface temperature is too low to form the "freezing point" phenomenon in a flash, that is why in the heart of the rinse station products the main cause of temperature increase to more than 60 ℃; At the same time, as the product temperature increases, the second "pressure drop" requirement for water beyond the boiling point is no longer so harsh, which not only accelerates the production pace, but also improves the product drying effect, and reduces the risk of incomplete drying at room temperature within a fixed time.

6.1.4集中風冷罐 Centralized air cooling tank

6.1.4.1風冷工藝特點 Air cooling process characteristics

由于真空干燥后的產(chǎn)品尚帶余溫（40～50℃），而浸滲液儲存的穩(wěn)定條件一般在21℃以下，如果干燥后的工件立即進行浸滲作業(yè)，勢必會將浸滲液溫度提高從而帶來浸滲液的儲存風險。所以浸滲前需將產(chǎn)品溫度降至或接近常溫。該工位利用軸流風機對產(chǎn)品進行冷卻，確保工作節(jié)拍內(nèi)工件溫度接近室溫。Since the product after vacuum drying still has residual temperature (40 ~ 50℃), and the stability condition of the leaching liquid storage is generally below 21℃, if the dry workpiece is immediately leaching operation, it is bound to increase the temperature of the leaching liquid and bring the storage risk of the leaching liquid. 6.2浸滲處理 Impregnation process

6.2.1真空壓力浸滲罐 Vacuum pressure immersion tank

6.2.1.1工藝特點說明 Description of process characteristics

這是浸滲工藝中的核心工位，經(jīng)過干凈、干燥的產(chǎn)品放置到罐內(nèi)升降機構(gòu)內(nèi)，與罐體下部足夠淹沒工件筐的浸滲液一起接受真空泵的作用，去除工件缺陷內(nèi)和少量溶入浸滲液中的空氣，在壓降沒有發(fā)生變化的密閉罐內(nèi)，升降機構(gòu)在PLC控制下帶動工件下降直至被浸滲液完全淹沒，這時再打開閥門讓大氣壓進入罐內(nèi)，并繼續(xù)給罐內(nèi)加壓至0.3～0.5Mpa，同時保證正壓以足夠的時間，使浸滲液得以充分滲透至產(chǎn)品缺陷的每一個角落。This is the core station in the infiltration process. 由于產(chǎn)品缺陷的復雜性和浸滲液本身具有一定的粘度，浸滲液在進入缺陷的過程中需要克服液體的表面張力、摩擦阻力、動能損失等，這就需要足夠的動（壓）力和時間讓浸滲液充分滲透。所以傳統(tǒng)的負壓浸滲、快速浸滲、進排液（浸滲罐與儲液箱分開，在進液過程中罐內(nèi)真空度下降，部分空氣又進入和占據(jù)產(chǎn)品的缺陷）浸滲工藝，都會影響浸滲合格率！Due to the complexity of product defects and the certain viscosity of the immersion liquid itself, the immersion liquid needs to overcome the surface tension, friction resistance, kinetic energy loss of the liquid in the process of entering the defect, which requires enough dynamic (pressure) force and time to allow the immersion liquid to fully penetrate. 6.2.1.2真空壓力浸滲罐說明Description of vacuum pressure infiltration tank

a．罐體采用8mm厚的SUS304不銹鋼制成，滿足工作所需的加壓要求。The tank body is made of 8mm thick SUS304 stainless steel to meet the pressure requirements required by the work.

b．罐體安裝有安全閥(1)，確保罐內(nèi)壓力不高于工作壓力，當罐內(nèi)壓力超過設定壓力時，安全閥會自動開啟泄壓。The tank is equipped with a safety valve (1) to ensure that the pressure in the tank is not higher than the working pressure. When the pressure in the tank exceeds the set pressure, the safety valve will automatically open the pressure relief.

c．鎖緊法蘭及罐體法蘭(2)為整體鍛件機加完成，安全可靠。鎖緊法蘭控制氣缸帶有磁性感應開關(guān)，當法蘭不能鎖緊到位時，下一步動作將無法執(zhí)行，并報警。The locking flange and the tank flange (2) are completed by the integral forging machine, safe and reliable. 6.2.2六向離心甩膠罐Six - way centrifugal glue can

浸滲工藝完成后，產(chǎn)品表面及盲孔內(nèi)殘留大量的浸滲液，如果直接清洗不但會造成極大的成本浪費，還會造成環(huán)境污染。傳統(tǒng)的一級離心甩膠工藝只能回收前后左右四個表面的浸滲液，而工件上表面及盲孔內(nèi)的膠液卻無法有效回收，下表面及盲孔內(nèi)的膠液也只能在重力的作用下慢慢流出，回收率低。After the leaching process is completed, a large amount of leaching liquid remains on the surface of the product and in the blind hole. 我公司發(fā)明的新式甩膠機構(gòu)可以實現(xiàn)六向離心甩膠，它是在一級離心甩膠后將工件筐自動翻轉(zhuǎn)90°后繼續(xù)旋轉(zhuǎn)，使在一級離心甩膠時，處于上下位置的兩個工件表面也能得到離心力作用進行甩膠。這種工藝使膠液得到有效的回收而節(jié)約成本的同時，也為后續(xù)洗膠工藝減輕負擔，而且又相比兩工位甩膠節(jié)約了一個工位，節(jié)省設備成本的同時又減少了設備的長度和占地面積。The new glue throwing mechanism invented by our company can realize six-way centrifugal glue throwing, it is in the first level of centrifugal glue throwing after the workpiece basket will automatically turn 90° and continue to rotate, so that in the first level of centrifugal glue throwing, the two workpiece surface in the upper and lower position can also get centrifugal force action for glue throwing. 6.2.2.2六向離心甩膠罐說明Six - way centrifugal glue jar instructions

傳統(tǒng)的清洗水是存儲在清洗罐中不能流動的。通過曝氣方式讓水翻騰，雖然水有了翻動，但是流動性差，即使采用兩級翻轉(zhuǎn)清洗也不能很好的將工件表面及型腔內(nèi)殘存的浸滲液清洗干凈，特別是工件筐中間部位的工件更是如此。浸滲液清洗不干凈必然會造成固化后工件盲孔內(nèi)有殘膠現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)。輕則堵塞螺紋孔，重則造成工件報廢。Traditional cleaning water is stored in a cleaning tank that does not flow. 本工位在罐體內(nèi)設計的翻轉(zhuǎn)和自鎖機構(gòu)都是浸滲行業(yè)的先進技術(shù)，工件在翻轉(zhuǎn)過程中露出水面的部分接受高壓噴淋水的沖洗，淹沒在水中的產(chǎn)品進行攪動清洗。由于是兩級清洗，第二遍清洗時工件筐相對一級清洗時旋轉(zhuǎn)90°夾角，這樣就可以保證無論多么復雜的工件，其所有表面及盲孔都能得到有效清洗，盲孔不殘膠。The turning and self-locking mechanism designed in the tank body of this station is the advanced technology of the infiltration industry. 6.2.3.2一（二）級高壓噴淋翻轉(zhuǎn)洗膠罐說明Description of one (two) grade high pressure spray turning rubber washing tank

a．罐體采用3mm厚的SUS304不銹鋼制成。The tank is made of 3mm thick SUS304 stainless steel.

b．罐體配儲水箱（2），采用離心管道泵(1)實現(xiàn)清洗水循環(huán)，合適的水壓配合噴淋嘴（5），清洗效果好。Tank with water storage tank (2), using centrifugal pipeline pump (1) to realize the cleaning water cycle, appropriate water pressure with spray nozzle (5), good cleaning effect.

6.2.4熱水翻轉(zhuǎn)固化罐 Hot water reversing curing tank

6.2.4.1工藝特點說明 Description of process characteristics

對浸滲、清洗后的工件浸泡至加熱后的水中，使浸滲到工件缺陷內(nèi)的浸滲液固化達到堵漏的效果。Soak the workpiece after infiltration and cleaning into the heated water, so that the infiltration into the workpiece defects in the infiltration solution curing to achieve the effect of plugging.

如果工件材料是鋁、鎂、鋅等輕合金，在高溫環(huán)境下極易氧化發(fā)黑，如果工件為鋁-鐵、鋁-銅等復合金屬，由于金屬之間的電價存在差異，水是導電體，工件浸泡至水中時就會發(fā)生原電池反應，它們的通常表象就是鋁、鎂、鋅等金屬發(fā)黑，鐵、銅會生銹。為了阻止上述現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生，我公司研發(fā)生產(chǎn)了一系列防銹緩蝕產(chǎn)品，在固化水中加入適量的防銹劑，可以保證單種金屬或多種金屬產(chǎn)品固化后不會氧化和生銹，和浸滲之前的色差幾乎沒有區(qū)別。If the workpiece material is light alloys such as aluminum, magnesium, zinc, under the environment of high temperature oxidation of black extremely easily, if the artifacts such as aluminum and iron, aluminum and copper composite metal, because the price difference between the metal, and water is conductive, workpiece galvanic cell reaction occurs when soaked in water, their appearances are usually black metals such as aluminum, magnesium, zinc, iron, copper will rust. 固化完成后為了避免開蓋后水蒸氣污染工作環(huán)境，設備配備排放裝置將蒸汽通入回收裝置。After curing, in order to avoid water vapor pollution to the working environment after opening the cover, the equipment is equipped with discharge device to pass the steam into the recovery device.

6.2.4.2熱水翻轉(zhuǎn)固化罐說明Hot water reversing curing tank instructions

b．罐體帶有保溫層（2），保溫板為1.5mmSUS304不銹鋼板，保溫層厚度不低于40mm，保溫效果好。The tank body is equipped with an insulation layer (2), the insulation board is 1.5mmSUS304 stainless steel plate, the thickness of the insulation layer is not less than 40mm, and the insulation effect is good.

c．罐體配有法蘭式的電加熱管（6、8），常溫～100℃可調(diào)，通過溫度傳感器可精確控溫。The tank body is equipped with flanged electric heating tube (6, 8), room temperature ~ 100℃ adjustable, through the temperature sensor can accurately control the temperature.

d．有液位控制開關(guān)（7），防止干燒事故的發(fā)生和水箱溢水污染環(huán)境。There is a liquid level control switch (7) to prevent dry burning accidents and water tank overflow and water pollution.

e．當固化結(jié)束后熱水回到儲水箱，翻轉(zhuǎn)機構(gòu)（4）帶動工件繼續(xù)翻轉(zhuǎn)甩干。When the hot water returns to the water storage tank after curing, the turning mechanism (4) drives the workpiece to continue to turn and dry.

f．固化水中可添加適量的專用緩蝕產(chǎn)品，確保工件固化后不變色，不氧化。Proper amount of special corrosion inhibition products can be added to the curing water to ensure that the workpiece will not change color and oxidize after curing.
